With over 12 years of teaching experience and ample training + credentials, Makenzie offers an approach that is both deeply grounded and highly individualized - blending movement, breath-work, nervous system support, mindfulness, somatic awareness and yoga philosophy in a way that feels accessible, compassionate and sustainable.
Her intention is. to create a space where you feel safe to arrive as you are. Together we cultivate practices that support not only strength and mobility, but also self-awareness, presence, mindfulness, resilience and a deeper connection to the Self.
Private sessions allow for personalized guidance, intentional pacing, meaningful conversation and a practice that evolves alongside your unique needs and life experience.

CORPORATE YOGA
Yoga that supports focus, mental clarity, resilience, and general well-being in the workplace with accessible yoga sessions tailored for teams of all levels. These classes can include movement/mobility, breath-work, nervous system regulation, and grounding practices designed to reduce stress/burnout, improve posture from daily desk work, and foster a more connected and balanced team culture. Sessions can be one-time offerings or part of an ongoing wellness program.
PRIVATE GROUP CLASSES

This offering is perfect for those looking to connect in a nourishing and deeply healthy way. OUTDOOR YOGA EXPERIENCES
Reconnect with nature through fresh open-air yoga classes designed for beaches, parks, gardens or private outdoor spaces. These classes emphasize presence, breath, and connection to the natural environment creating a memorable practice.
SPECIAL EVENTS & CUSTOM OFFERINGS

TEACHER MENTORSHIP
The mentorship program is intended for new yoga teachers, aspiring teachers or experienced facilitators seeking deeper clarity, confidence and authenticity in the way they teach and hold space. The mentorship program with Makenzie extends beyond the physical modality of yoga teaching.
Makenzie’s extensive teaching experience and studies in yoga, philosophy, energetics, anatomy, nervous system regulation, meditation, and embodied practice has equipped her with all of the tools necessary to support other teachers.
Together, we can explore topics such as intelligent sequencing, inclusivity, cueing, language, class theming, yoga philosophy, energetic awareness, nervous system informed guidance, somatics, student connection, consensual hands-on adjustments and the subtle art of creating spaces that feel grounded, intentional, welcoming, intelligent, and transformative.
These sessions are also an opportunity to receive guidance through the very real and human aspect of teaching yoga - navigating self doubt, self worth, autonomy, finding your authentic voice, building confidence, refining your offerings, preventing burnout, and developing a teaching practice that is sustainable and feels aligned with your values.
